The Adams Alumni Center offers ideal space for meetings, luncheons, staff retreats and corporate events. Twelve unique rooms are available. Depending on your event’s configuration, the Center can accommodate as many as 250 people.

Catering & Beverage

We offer a list of professional caterers who provide options from light snacks to formal dinners. A licensed, insured and approved caterer must provide all food and beverages consumed in the Adams Alumni Center.
A 10% fee of food sales is assessed to the caterer (not to the customer) for unlimited use of our full-service kitchen, dishwasher and additional maintenance. This fee enables us to provide a variety of catering options to our clients. Please consult with your caterer for the total service fee that will be charged to you.

Beverage Service

Bars will be set up in your private room and stocked according to your preferences. Charges include mix, garnish, ice, cocktail napkins, glassware and a 17% service charge. Liquor prices are subject to Kansas liquor tax.
In compliance with the Alumni Association’s state-issued liquor license, all liquor must be provided and served by the Association. Outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited and may not be brought into the Center for service or sale.
For events serving alcohol, a minimum of one bartender is required, at a charge of $55 per bartender.
